At Berly Cloth, we strive to provide you with high-quality fashion pieces that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns for most items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- It must have all original tags and labels attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note that certain items, such as intimate wear, swimwear, and accessories (excluding jewelry), may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer support team at returns@berlycloth.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and labels. Clearly write the RA number on the package.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Berly Cloth is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@berlycloth.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and, upon inspection, offer a replacement or a refund.
